So I have decided to blog a new installment called “Paws Up – What  Jen Digs this Week”.  I figure this will help others learn more about me and maybe you will learn something new in the process too!

Lili Chin – This artist is AMAZING. Not only are her drawings absolutely perfect but she is an animal advocate who donates a percentage of her sales to Boston Buddies Rescue (or to the rescue of your choice). I have recently discovered her various informative drawings including Doggie Language and The Proper Way to Greet a Dog. Invaluable information to share!

Remington Schnauzer – Well, most of you know I am a Schnauzer momma to my best friend and natural born model. Here he is being incognito because of the heat and having to stay inside due to the 100+ degree heatwave and because Mom says so. He is on my weekly digs because I love him dearly and he has enriched my life more than I could have ever imagined.

Facebook –  God bless you Mark Zuckerberg.  You are pretty much a modern day genius and I have no idea if my business would even still exist without your world of Facebook.  Almost all my referrals are from Facebook and friends who share their images through this avenue of online social networking. LOVE!

Joel Osteen – Even for the non-believers out there, Joel Osteen is an amazing motivational speaker, writer and minister. I have been reading his book “It’s Your Time” which has helped keep me on track during rough times and helps remind me that God has a reason for all of our downfalls and has a higher plan for me, even if life doesn’t always make sense. I highly recommend this book!

Schnauzer Cakes – This has to be the coolest cake I have ever seen. Ok, maybe it’s because it’s a Schnauzer – but still – can you really deny the talent of this creator?! This cake is too beautiful to even eat and considering The Designer Cake Company is based out of England, I will probably never have the chance to see one in person, but definitely on my top digs of the week!
